Customer Relations Executive / Telemarketer Job Description Provide superior post-sales service to customers to deliver an engaging Customer Service Experience. Attend to all customer feedback i.e. inquiries, suggestions and complaints. Coordinate with other departments to strive towards solving customers' complaints. Assist in feedback analysis and compilation of data from surveys on customer feedback, customer satisfaction and expectations. Job Requirement Candidate must be able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Post Graduate / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Management / Marketing / Information Technology / Mass Comm or equivalent. At least one (1) Year or above of working experience in the related field is required.
