Customer Relations Executive / TelemarketerJob DescriptionProvide superior post-sales service to customers to deliver an engaging Customer Service Experience.
Attend to all customer feedback i.e. inquiries, suggestions and complaints.
Coordinate with other departments to strive towards solving customers' complaints.
Assist in feedback analysis and compilation of data from surveys on customer feedback, customer satisfaction and expectations.
Job RequirementsCandidate must be able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Post Graduate / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Management / Marketing / Information Technology / Mass Comm or equivalent.
At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent communication, people skills and extremely detail-oriented.
Positive can-do attitude and willingness to help out on request as needed.
