Customer Relations Executive

Job Description:
Execute and manage the full Vacant Possession (VP) processes from the preparation (before VP) to key collection.Brief the customers on the handover process including the registration of customers in the Handover Vacant Possession (VP) Apps, handover over of property, checklist, and the handover kit.Managing customers expectation after vacant possessionTo attend and monitor all customers enquiries via phone calls, emails, walk-ins and solve within stipulated amount of timeEnsure all records, data, and information are recorded and filed up to date.Follow-up with relevant parties i.e. project management team, COW, contractor, consultant, etc. on product issuesAcknowledging and resolving customer complaints.To contact customers on solution via phone calls or emails after investigationUpdate and maintain good recording and tracking system to ensure complaints are closed within stipulated time frameTo attend weekly defect progress meetingTo attend joint inspection with customersPerform any other adhoc assignments/ tasks/ duties as assigned by superior. Job Requirement:
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Property Development / Real Estate ManagementPreferably at least 2 year of related working experience.Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written1 undefined positions available
