Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology)
Responsibilities:Onboard new clients and ensure smooth transitions.
Follow up on payments.
Conduct client satisfaction surveys and collect actionable feedback.
Resolve client issues to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Provide accurate weekly and monthly updates on client interactions and account statuses.
Qualifications:Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
