As they continue expand their business in Malaysia, they are actively hiring for Customer Relation Office / Admin Executive to join their team Job Description Main duties and responsibilities are attending our Japanese members to the hospital as a Interpreter during doctor consultation and health screening.
Providing medical support to Japanese members including handle hospitals procedures, insurance claiming etc.
Providing police reporting support as interpreter for Japanese customers who involve in car accident.
Handling documents and data input computer system in Japanese & English.
Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned task.
Answering phone calls, handling email correspondence & ad-hoc duties.
Requirements MUST HAVE minimum JLPT N2 & above Graduates from Japanese University are highly encouraged to apply Fluent in Japanese and Good in English,Malay High interest in Japanese culture, to learn & have passion to adapt and interact with Japanese clients.
