Our client is a management company that helps Japanese companies/expatriates manage health risks for their employees traveling or working abroad, like emergencies, checkups, and insurance. As they continue to expand their business in Malaysia, they are actively hiring for a Customer Relation Officer / Admin Executive to join their team.
Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities include attending to our Japanese members at the hospital as an interpreter during doctor consultations and health screenings.
Providing medical support to Japanese members, including handling hospital procedures and insurance claims.
Providing police reporting support as an interpreter for Japanese customers involved in car accidents.
Handling documents and data input into the computer system in Japanese and English.
Providing general administrative and operational support for assigned tasks.
Answering phone calls, handling email correspondence, and performing ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
MUST HAVE a minimum ofJLPT N2 & above
Graduates from Japanese universities are highly encouraged to apply
Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English and Malay
High interest in Japanese culture, with a passion for learning and interacting with Japanese clients.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Standby 24/7 - rotational shift (for urgent cases, if needed to be at the location to assist Japanese expats) - Overtime and travelling allowance will be provided.
Basic Salary starting from RM5,000 to RM7,000.
Parking provided if self-driving.
Travelling allowance for those commuting via public transport.
Medical insurance.
Health screening.
Medical check-up.
Yearly increment.
