Customer Relations Internship

-Handling client, regular follow-ups of clients-Maitaining good relationship with clients.-Evaluate client's needs and propose potential solutions.-Managing client along with reporting director / manager including receiving work orders.-Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.-Manage and organize documents, emails, and other materials, ensuring a systematic filing system.-Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. -Pursuing Diploma/ Degree study in Business Administration, Operations Management or relevant program.-Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.-Minimum CGPA of 3.00-Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
