Customer Relations Internship

-Handling client, regular follow-ups of clients


-Maitaining good relationship with clients.


-Evaluate client's needs and propose potential solutions.


-Managing client along with reporting director / manager including receiving work orders.


-Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.


-Manage and organize documents, emails, and other materials, ensuring a systematic filing system.


-Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

-Pursuing Diploma/ Degree study in Business Administration, Operations Management or relevant program.


-Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.


-Minimum CGPA of 3.00


-Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.


-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.


-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
