Customer Relations & Marketing Lead

We are currently seeking a creative and results-driven SNR / Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in the Food and Beverage (FandB) industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and beverages, possessing a profound understanding of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, fostering customer engagement, and driving sales growth within the FandB sector. Of utmost importance is the candidate's familiarity with the Muslim market, as they will play a crucial role in guiding the brand's direction and success within this demographic
Two key roles – Championing CRM and Local Store Marketing to drive brand engagement and traffic stores.



-Campaign Development and Execution: Craft and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales of our food menu items, beverages, promotions, and events.


-Loyalty Program Management: Oversee the planning, tracking, and monthly management of our loyalty program to encourage repeat business.


-Local Store Marketing: Identifying each store strength (with Data support), strategize and execute to improve sales


-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with chefs, operations, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and consistent.


-Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities with the management team.


-Promotion: Plan and coordinate events, tastings, and promotional activities to attract new customers and build brand loyalty if any (including local store marketing that cater for different store locations and customers).


-Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.


-Performance Measurement: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and sales revenue in collaboration with management.


-Marketing Materials Development: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing materials like menus, brochures, posters, and advertisements, ensuring brand consistency and quality.


-Staying Current: Keep yourself updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and FandB to continuously improve marketing effectivenes


-Customer relationship management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preference,including serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

; Requirements:- Qualifications:



-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.


-Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the FandB industry (but open to other industry experience too), with a strong understanding of food and beverage trends and consumer behavior.


-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with customers across various channels.


-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and website analytics.


-Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.


-Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


-Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functions at all levels.


-Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.

 Skills:



-Must Love food and engaging with people


-Fluent in Mandarin, Malay and English language (speak, read and write)


-Must  be able to travel to different locations to cover all Mee Tarik Stores and events


-Strong interpersonal skills


-Tech-savvy and experience with Gmail, Drive and CRM platforms


-Active listening and good communication skills


-Proactive approach to problem-solving


-Ability to multitask


-Strong time-management and organization skills


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
