Job DescriptionYou ensure Main Entrance and Smalandis effectively equipped at all times throughout the day; ready and available to help customers when needed.
You have the knowledge, confidence, and desire to make positive customer experience.
You know your levels of authorization to solve customers/visitors problems when they occur and recognize when youneed to escalate an issue to someone with higher authorization.
You pass on the relevant informationto deal effectively and efficiently with the customers/visitors.
You offer solutions to frequently asked questions. This helps to make a better future shopping experience for everyone.
You ensure our store is a safe and secure environment at all times for visitors and colleagues
Understanding the IKEA Concept, global solutions, tools and working methods and ensuringusingthe appropriate manuals from Inter IKEA Systems to helpoptimize our customers' shopping experience.
QualificationsYou are a self-motivated team player with a desire to take on responsibility and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Energetic and physically fit.
You are able to support on weekends/public holidays.
You are able to work on shifts.
