Customer Relations Officer

Job Descriptions: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries including customers from China, Korea, UK, Australia and etc.Managing and coordinating customer bookings.Ensuring their overall satisfaction with the products or services provided by the company. Managing customer feedback, resolving any issues that may arise, and implementing strategies to improve customer experience. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that the company maintains a strong reputation for excellent customer service.  Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Candidates who are available to start immediately.Willing to traveling abroad for work (with travelling allowance). Travel overseas 4 to 5 times a year - around 15 to 20 days each time).Chinese and English proficient.Able to write Chinese press releases.Able to handle China clients.Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, & Power Point effectively. Experience in good hospitality.Female with 20 to 30 years old.
