Reply to customer messages (mainly using WhatsApp and WeChat).
Update shipment details.
Track and process orders.
Organize customer documents and shipment records.
Familiarity with Excel / Google Drive.
Job Requirements:
SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
Must be a Mandarin speaker.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Probation Period: 3 monthsBenefits (upon confirmation):
