Customer Service Administrative Assistant

Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in finance, business, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, loan processing, or financial services is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Responsibilities Assist customers in preparing and submitting loan applications for motorcycles and kitchen appliances. Explain the loan application process, requirements, and terms to customers in a clear and concise manner. Review and verify customer documentation to ensure all necessary information is complete and accurate. Provide guidance on additional documentation or information required to support the loan application. Follow up with customers to ensure that their loan applications are processed successfully.
