Customer Service Administrator At Fitness Center

Details of the offer

-Ensure proper administration of the gym including signing up or cancelling memberships.


-Provide membership sign-up information and explain membership terms.


-Disallow non-members or those with outstanding matters to enter.


-Collect and record all stock and payments.


-Investigate and communicate accordingly if fouls are committed.


-Effectively assist in all member enquiries complaints and requests.


-Communicate gym updates and membership matters to members using our SMS and e-mail system.


-Inspect and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the gym and office environment daily.


-Inspect to ensure all equipment is functioning and well-maintained.


-Inspect camera recordings to ensure gym rules are respected and take corrective actions if they are not.


-Work within Level Up Fitness's Standard Operating Procedures.


-Effectively work within the team to escalate any issues to your direct supervisor after attempting to resolve them on your own.


-Contribute to delivering a great experience to members and guests.

; Requirements:-


-Must have a cheerful and friendly personality with a tendency to smile often.


-Availability to work weekday 1pm-10pm and Saturdays 1pm-6pm.


-Proficiency in English is required and fluency in other languages is a bonus as the candidate will interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.


-Familiarity with basic functions of Microsoft Excel.


-Ideally some form of education in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management Sports Science and Management or an equivalent field.


-No gym or fitness experience required


-Prior experience in related fields such as retail, services, hospitality is preferred but fresh graduates will also be considered.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
