Customer Service Agent

Why this role? As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the voice of the company, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. You will be the primary contact for customer requests related to unplanned maintenance services, queries, complaints, and outbound communications. You will manage critical safety situations, resolve customer issues, and maintain up-to-date customer data, all while delivering exceptional service. What will you be doing? For Callout Agents:
Answer customer calls and contacts within the target SLA.Create callouts for entrapments or unplanned services, gather necessary information, and dispatch technicians.Manage Immediate Service Needs from 24/7 connected services and safety alerts.Provide clear and useful instructions to passengers in safety hazard situations.Ensure continuous communication with customers throughout the process. For Inbound Agents:
Answer customer calls and contacts within the target SLA.Resolve customer queries, log complaints, and proactively update customer data.Take ownership of queries that can be handled on the first line and transfer complex cases to the relevant stakeholders.Identify and assign potential leads to the sales team. For Outbound Agents:
Conduct transactional surveys and customer satisfaction surveys via phone.Perform nursing calls and support local marketing initiatives.Welcome new customers and ensure their information is accurate and up-to-date. Are you the one? Solid communication skills in local languages (both written and spoken).Previous experience in customer service is an asset.Basic IT knowledge (PC and basic Office tools usage).High school level or equivalent degree is a minimum requirement.Experience with Customer Service Center communication methods is a plus.
