Job Responsibilities:
-Assist customers with order placement using magento CMS platform, product inquiries, and order-related issues.
-Provide optimal suggestions to customers to purchase other relevant products that would be beneficial to customers and (or) enjoy maximum benefit of any ongoing campaigns and promotions in TWS website.
-Provide guidance on payment processes and resolve customer concerns promptly.
-Reach out to customers for payment clarifications, exchanges, and refunds.
-Maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing customer inquiries.
-Process orders in Magento and ensure accurate delivery of payment links to customers.
-Handle inquiries regarding order status, amendments, cancellations, and returns.
-Clarify product details, warranty information, and usage instructions for customers.
-Liaise with merchants to obtain accurate product information when needed.
-Build rapport with customers and identify upselling opportunities during interactions.
-Meet or exceed upsell targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

-Open to fresh graduates, possess minimum SPM, Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
-Experience in managing Live chats, emails, inbound and outbound calls.
-Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin as the role requires to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
-Demonstrated ability in business writing and strong typing skills.
-Excellent communication skills in email, face-to-face conversations, and messenger discussions.
-Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changes.
