A global bank that has a large call centre set up looking to expand their team.
Your new role
Servicing the HK market from Penang.
Handling calls, live chat and email.
Customer Service Role, handling products for corporate clients not consumers.
Fixed 9:30am-6pm non-rotational shift (Mon-Fri).
What you'll need to succeed
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
Very analytical mindset with strong critical thinking skills.
Ability to multitask.
Must be fluent in Reading, Writing and Spoken English, Mandarin and Speaking Cantonese as you are servicing HK market.
