We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individualto join our team.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming, outbound calls and WA inquiry
Assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and needs
Make daily spare parts purchase to suppliers.
Update customer data and purchases in our system accurately and timely
Requirements:
Diploma or Admin related course (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
Good communication and reporting skills
Detail-oriented with good analytical skills, integrity, and a high degree of commitment
At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service role is a plus (but not required)
