Job DescriptionAttend to incoming calls on product and services inquiries; make outgoing calls to arrange appointments for customers.
Resolve product or service problems by identifying the cause of the problems and assist customers by providing the correct solutions.
Create customer cases in the system & follow up on pending cases.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contribute to team effort to complete daily tasks within deadlines.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher level education in any field.
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge.
Pleasant personality and possess soft and interactive skills.
Independent, fast, flexible, dynamic and believes in continual growth and learning.
