Job Responsibilities
Promotes and maintains good public relations with Berjaya Waterfront Sdn Bhd clientele.
Resolves or channels issues faced by complex tenants.
Assists and coordinates advertising, promotions, and marketing strategies and implements the process within stipulated time.
Responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of Berjaya Waterfront Sdn.
Bhd., including the layout and location of entrances, exits, lifts, restrooms, emergency services, ferry terminal, etc., to effectively assist customers and provide complete and accurate information regarding any queries.
