Summary of the role:- 1. Contract duration : 6 months and renewable of if Honeywell requires3. Location : UOA Corporate Tower, Avenue 10, The Vertical,Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi4. Working hours / Shift : 9 AM to 6 PM5. No night calls or support required6. Preferred language - English is a must7. Should be present at the office8. No travelling required9. Must have skill - SAP knowledge10. Nice to have skills - ERP system SFDC11. Interview level - 1 LEVELYOU MUST HAVE- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent.- 2 - 3 years of experience in Customer Service roles or hands-on experience in order management / processing.- Strong computing skills; Microsoft Office programs - proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word- Able to work under pressure and able to adapt to changes.- Passionate towards customer satisfaction- Self-motivated- SAP experience.- SFDC knowledge is an added advantage.WE VALUE- Able to learn quickly- Attention to details- Desire towards quick turnaround- Work well in teams- Commitment to discover innovative ways of customer satisfaction**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
