Unicity Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., a leading provider of innovative wellness products, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be doing To manage the daily operations at the counter and provide good customer service and membership supportWorks independently and takes ownership of issuesHandle tactful resolutions of queries and escalations from both internal and external customersGood understanding of company operations, policies & procedures, marketing plan and promotionsEnsure the work area is properly maintained and aligned with the company's corporate guidelines and imageEnsure full compliance with the laid down procedures and processes as provided by the companyMaintains and updates customer's concerns/feedback, issue, and resolution in the case management systemPrepare reports as required for data analysis and marketing planMarketing support in updating collaterals, website, event coordination, preparationHandle other ad-hoc tasks assignedWhat we're looking for Preferably, a minimum of (1) one year of working experience in front office administration / retail customer support; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Minimum SPMHas good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality and enjoy interacting with peopleBeing responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.Able to work on Saturday occasionally.Computer Literate (i.e. Microsoft office, excel, etc)Good communication skills. Being able to converse in English would be an advantageWhat we offer
