Customer Service Assistant

Working hours / Shift : 9 AM to 6 PM- No night calls or support required- Preferred language - English is a must- Should be present at the office- No travelling required- Must have skill - SAP knowledge- Nice to have skills - ERP system SFDC**You must have**:- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent.- 2 - 3 years of experience in Customer Service roles or hands-on experience in order management / processing.- Strong computing skills; Microsoft Office programs - proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word- Able to work under pressure and able to adapt to changes.- Passionate towards customer satisfaction- Self-motivated- SAP experience.- SFDC knowledge is an added advantage.
