Summary of the role: Contract duration : 6 months and renewable Location : UOA Corporate Tower, Avenue 10, The Vertical, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi Working hours / Shift : 9 AM to 6 PM No night calls or support required Preferred language – English is a must Should be present at the office No travelling required Must have skill – SAP knowledge Nice to have skills – ERP system SFDC You must have: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent. 2 – 3 years of experience in Customer Service roles or hands-on experience in order management / processing. Strong computing skills; Microsoft Office programs – proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Able to work under pressure and able to adapt to changes. Passionate towards customer satisfaction Self-motivated SAP experience. SFDC knowledge is an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
