Due to our expansion and opening of new branches, we are looking for fresh graduates to join us as Customer Service Assistants.
Locations
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer's inquiries.
Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing branch targets.
Responsible for branch invoicing and administrative duties.
Prospect our services to walk-in customers.
Other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Dynamic, energetic, positive, and driven to exceed targets.
Preferably with sales or customer service experience from the retail industry.
Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage.
Willing to relieve at another branch or transfer to another branch.
