Customer Service Assistant

Responsibility: Contact point between customers & company to process customers' orders, understand customers' orders and respective requirements To follow up with customers and monitor the delivery of components/materials that are supplied by customers, thereafter coordinate with Production Department to ensure production plan is in placeLiaise with Store Department on the deliveries of customers' supplied components/materials. Assist in Store Department to ensure smooth daily operations Record details of customers' packing requirements & configuration. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure all requirements are fulfilledObtain Halal Certification documents (if any) for materials supplied by customer(s). Monitor certification validity and close follow up renewed Halal certificate from customer(s). To assist in customers' enquiry, complaint, feedback and concerns. Follow up with respective department for investigation findingsBuild sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communicationTo undertake any other jobs directed by superior from time to time Qualification Minimum Diploma or Degree with at least 2-3 years working experience will be an added advantage Experience & Skills Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyGood working attitude, committed, detail orientated, responsible, trustworthy and goal focusedEffective team player, ability to work under pressure within deadline
