Job Description:
Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately- Maintain customer records and update information as needed- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:- Driven and confident personality traits- Strong critical thinking and leadership skills- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
