Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and resilient Customer Service Associate to join our team at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
3. Providing information about products and services to customers.
4. Processing customer orders and managing returns and exchanges.
5. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes.
6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department.
8. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and preferences.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Passionate about delivering great customer service.
4. Resilient in dealing with challenging situations.
5. Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
6. Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
