Job Description:

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are driven and resilient, with a high level of emotional intelligence and a strong ability to cooperate with others.

Responsibilities:-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner-Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution-Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions-Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience-Strive to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional service at all times

Requirements:-Driven and resilient personality traits-Strong emotional intelligence and ability to cooperate effectively with others-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software-Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
