Customer Service Associate

Role Description You will be responsible for assisting in-house Sales Team on quotations, pricing, customers enquiries and resolving complaints. You will also handle related administrative tasks and maintaining customer records, templates among others. 
Qualifications STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business or related discipline.Excellent communication skills in English, BM and Chinese Language (optional)Attention to detail and accuracy in providing quotations, pricing and handling customer informationAbility to work cohesively and collectively in a team-oriented environmentComputer literate and comfortable with system software's including MS OfficePrior experience in customer service with quotation and pricing skills will have an advantage.
