Customer Service Associates (Vietnamese Speaker)Job Role:
Responsible for handling calls, emails and providing customer support
Identify and relate with various customer needs and scenarios
Provide customers with cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, luxurious and knowledgeable manner
Remain updated in client and internal processes, technology applications, utilities, and products
Utilize various internal and client based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Conduct data entry, documentation, and case management
Work and partner with others within a team-based environment
Achieve and maintain required SALES metrics and goals
Adhere to company policies and procedures as described on the HR Handbook
Requirement:
This is a bilingual role, fluent & highly polite in both Vietnamese & English language
2 years in college or equivalent
Min 6 months experience working in a performance driven role with specific metrics/goals
Min 1-year steady job experience in a customer oriented and/or sales role
Min of six months experience in the hospitality industry
Good keyboarding skills, both English & Vietnamese input. There is a written and verbal test for both languages.
Residing within Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor area)

Work at Office
Office location – The Horizon, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
Work Time:
Working hours: 40 hours per week on rotation. 9 hours per day with 90 minutes break
5 Working days, 2 days off based on rotation
