Job Description
Serve customers, handle and respond to customer information and receive orders.
Maintain and update company website content.
Operate the background live broadcast system.
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, phone, and social media.
Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking.
Recommend relevant products and upsell/cross-sell to increase sales.
Resolve customer complaints and process returns or exchanges.
Provide personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist with the processing of orders and manage customer data securely.
Meet sales goals and contribute to driving online sales.
