Customer Service (Chinese Speaker/5 Days/Molek) - Feb/Mar intakePosition: Customer Services (Chinese Speaker)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Salary: Basic RM 2.5k to 3k based on experience
Parking subsidy
Mobile allowance/Commission after confirmation
Annual Leave: 14 - 18 days per annum
Group Medical Coverage: Outpatient (Red Alert), GHS & PA
Job Responsibilities:
Managing end to end operation, shipping and sales support functions.
Act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Constantly review working processes with vendors.
Coordination on documentation between customers and carriers.
Requirements:
Good command of Chinese language.
Working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Freight, Shipping, Forwarding or equivalent would be a plus.
Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Ability to work in teams and open to others' views.
Managing relationship with Client/Carrier/Agent for smooth shipment process; strong communication skills are ideal.
