Customer Service Consultant

-Proficient in conducting telephone conversations with customers


- Develop prospects from current commercial customers, referral leads, and sales and trade meetings.


-Coordinate and document meetings effectively


-Compose and disseminate email and written communications


-Contribute to the generation of regular reports


-Organize and maintain filing system


-Manage office supply orders and source new vendors

; Requirements:-


-Minimum Qualification : SPM holder 


- Proficient in using computer 


-Can speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English, however having ability to speak mandarin/chinese will be advantageous.


-Previous experience in a customer service/sales role is added advantage.


-The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.


-Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.


-A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients..


-Superb written and verbal communication skills.
