About the roleAs a Customer Service Consultant at Zen Clinic Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This full-time position is based in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office, where you will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and requests. Your excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach will be essential in ensuring our clients receive the high level of service they expect.
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate information about the company's products and services
Documenting customer interactions and following up on unresolved issues
Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggesting solutions
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
