Ambu is currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to be based in Penang, Malaysia.
This position reports to the Section Manager in the Sales and Marketing Support team.
Key responsibilities
Handling customer's order in ERP (M3) system.
Manage customer's delivery within the requested date.
Issue & submit quotation in accordance with the info from Business Development Manager and Distributor.
Reply email enquiries.
Receive & process returns & repairs in accordance with the applicable procedure and in cooperation with relevant departments.
Support ad hoc tasks assigned.
Suggested candidate profile
Experience in customer service related fields are encouraged to apply, preferably with distributor markets.
Bachelor degree and above in any Business disciplines.
Good communication (spoken & written) in English.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Words & PowerPoint.
Experience in order management systems and support on order handling.
Works in a structured, well organized, while multitasking in effective manner.
Enjoys working in multicultural, professional and international team environment.
