Responsibilities Manage customer orders, process applications, check and process customer documents.Managing incoming calls, general queries, after sales customer service.To assist daily administrative tasksUndertake additional tasks when required.Requirements: Candidate must study in related of Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Level in Marketing/Business Administrative /Mass Communication or equivalent.Good interpersonal & communication skills.Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with English and Mandarin speaking clientsRequired skills: MS Office & MS ExcelCandidate must be a good team player and responsible.
