Customer Service Cum Cashier

Job description
Assist customers by providing product information and answering questions. Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately using POS systems. Record all incoming cash and cheque, issue receipts, record all transactions for final reconciliation in the Accounts departments. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station. To perform any other job assignments/duties as may be required by management from time to time. Support Operation Team and Admin staff with clerical tasks during their peak hours. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/ Diploma's in Business Administration, Account or equivalent. Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash register and POS. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers. Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Able to provide prompt delivery, meticulous and multi-tasking.
