Customer Service Coordinator cum Sales Consultant is the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their concerns are heard, their problems are resolved, and their experience with the school is a positive one.
Beyond addressing customer service needs, the role also plays a significant part in sales operations in terms of student recruitment and representing the school in events as needed.
Their duties and responsibilities include:
Answering/resolving customer inquiries/complaints via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
Managing and processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
Communicating and coordinating with internal departments and colleagues to resolve customer issues.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Identifying and escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
Involved in student recruitment, planning and implementing efficient and effective sales strategies.
Represent the school in education fair, road show, school talk & in organising campus visits and activities for schools.
To attend and follow-up with the call-in, walk-in enquiries and follow-up on the telemarketing activities.
