Customer Support : Act as the welcoming face of our online platforms. Address customers' inquiries about their purchases, and provide guidance and information required on our products and offerings via chat, over the phone and email.
Retail Representative:Assist walk-in customers with their purchases, as you would with online customers.
Product Knowledge : Continuously educate yourself about our archery products and industry trends.
Administrative Tasks : Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory. Assist with order processing and inventory management.
Qualifications :
Enthusiasm for archery and a desire to share it with others is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Sales acumen and a drive to achieve targets.
Adaptability and a quick learner.
Basic administrative and computer skills.
Ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu & English.
