Customer Service Executive (Based In Singapore, Open For Fresh Grad)

Company Background: We are representing a multi national workspace company in Singapore.
Currently as they are expanding, they are looking for Customer Service Executive.
Job Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service: Welcome and assist the members, visitors, and guests.
Manage customer inquiries: Address customer service inquiries and requests through various channels (in-person, email, phone).
Support member onboarding and offboarding: Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes for the members.
Contribute to daily operations: Maintain the overall functionality and positive atmosphere of the space.
Handle administrative tasks: Perform administrative duties according to company procedures.
Participate in center events: Support member events and company initiatives.
Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Candidate with at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service role.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skill in English & Mandarin (Due to business nature).
Job Details: 5 working days ( Mon - Fri, 9.30am-6.30pm ) Type of Visa: Employment Pass/ Work Permit (Depending on the requirements) Basic salary up to SGD 2,500 + Fixed Allowances Candidate can choose to stay in JB/ SG.
