Job Position: Customer Service Executive ( Cantonese Speaker ) Salary Up To RM3900 Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru Working Hour: 5 days(PH & Weekends) Rotational Shift Job Descriptions: Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
