Your Responsibilities Proven experience in customer-facing roles (phone, chat, in person). Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences. Effective time management and multitasking abilities. Requirements Familiarity with IOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred. Proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools. Self-managing in fast-paced environments. Embraces challenges and takes on additional responsibilities.
