Customer Service Executive(Chinese Speaking)

Details of the offer

-Customer Support and Issue Resolution


-Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.


-Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions to issues promptly.


-Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments, following up to ensure timely resolution.


-Product Knowledge and Assistance


-Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to accurately answer customer questions.


-Assist customers with product troubleshooting, set-up, and usage.


-Customer Retention and Satisfaction


-Engage customers with a positive and helpful attitude to create memorable experiences.


-Follow up on customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.


-Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback for continuous improvement.


-Record Keeping and Data Management


-Document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system.


-Maintain organized records of customer cases to improve service efficiency and consistency.


-Process Improvement and Feedback Loop


-Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to processes, product features, or FAQs.


-Provide feedback to management regarding customer insights, product issues, and service improvement ideas.


-Team Collaboration


-Collaborate with the sales, technical, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met.


-Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on products, services, and policies.

-Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.


-Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer service or support role.


-Skills:


-Strong verbal and written communication skills.


-Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.


-Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other customer service tools.


-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


-Mandarin is require for work.
