Customer Service Executive (Forwarding & Shipping)Location:Bandar Botanic, Klang
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Smart Worldwide Logistics Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and detail-orientedCustomer Service Executiveto join our team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations for our clients' import and export logistics needs.
Key Responsibilities:Monitor and coordinate import/export shipments to ensure efficient delivery.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including Delivery Orders, Bills of Lading, Tax Invoices, and Arrival Notices.
Arrange and coordinate transportation services, including trucking and haulage.
Liaise with consignees, shippers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth import/export operations.
What You'll Need:Qualifications:Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
Experience:At least 1 year in a forwarding or logistics company.
Skills:Strong communication in English and Mandarin is essential to liaise effectively with clients.
Location:Must be willing to work in Bandar Botanic, Klang.
