Customer Service Executive (Hybrid)

Enter customers' orders in time to ERP system, support customer order entry
Sales orders processing and monitor delivery of outstanding orders for the team
Updating of standard order pricing and enquiries in a professional manner
Work closely with customers and Account manager on a daily basis related to orders
Co-ordinate with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of order to meet delivery datelines
Perform other administrative related duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Good ability to work and multitask in a fast-moving environment
Strong people management skills, independent, analytical and problem-solving skills
Friendly and supportive attitude towards colleagues and customers
Able to communicate in spoken and written English
Well versed in Microsoft Excel & Word
