Customer Service Executive (Ijok)

Responsibilities:
Ensuring the efficient running of the daily counters service operations, quality and accuracy of various marketing reporting, updating customer particulars and handling the correspondences. Handling the general sales transactions in accordance with established company policies, guidelines, and procedures with excellent customer service, includes handling sales enquiries, lots reservation and confirmation, complaints, updating of price revisions, lots control and communication to agents.Processing booking sales accurate and in timely manner, confirming sales, verifying PO & entering sales, data entry, sales collection, collection hand-over to Accounts and responsible for bank in daily collection. Issuing official receipt for daily cash, cheque and credit card payment collections. Acting as back-up for cashier and assist in checking of daily payments received against daily receipt listing for banking.Handling cancellations, transfer cases, change lot cases, correction to agent number on confirmation to purchase and changes of purchaser's address.Handling documentation for as need cases and site admin work.Manage daily activities such as do arrangement for cremation cases and ensure all the information are accurate.Any other duties as assigned by the superior and management to you from time to time.Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.Able to work on weekends and public holiday. Weekend duty claim will be provided.Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.Applicants must be willing to work in Ijok.A customer-oriented and professional attitude.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
