Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- Ensure the preparation of quotation time basis with sufficient details and follow up.- Segregation off work to meet shipment arrangements.- Attend & assist indoor meetings with customer on related matters.- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.- Handling and understand customer's inquiry and respond accordingly.- Follow up on the payment of cash bills for collection.- Liaise with customer on the daily basis for shipment arrangements.- Coordinate with Operations and Forwarding Department on daily basis for shipment arrangement.- Preparation of Job Order for daily shipments.- Undertake any others duties as requested by department head or management.**Requirements**:- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Fluent in English, **Mandarin**, excellent oral and written communication skills.- Good team player, independent and self motivated.**Work arrangements**Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6pmAlternate Saturday : 9am - 12:30pmLunch hour: 12:30pm - 1:30pm (Monday - Thurs)1pm - 2:30pm (Fri)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsApplication Question(s):- Expected salary?- Notice period?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
