Customer Service Executive

We have expanded regionally in SE Asia and we are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Service Executives to be part of our team.**Responsibilities**:- Serving potential and satisfied customers, providing timely responses to requests for information, coordinating orders and delivery.- Handle incoming calls and queries from customers and ensure that issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved promptly and thoroughly.- Build rapport and maintain good relationships with customers through regular after sales service, communication and support.- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders, close follow up on back orders.- Provide appropriate product recommendations/alternatives, and update customers promptly on their order status.**Requirements**:- Customer centric with strong focus on service excellence.- With 2-3 years of relevant work experiences.- Possess strong working knowledge in order fulfillment: order processing, invoicing and back order tracking, logistics arrangements.- Good with numbers and good multi-tasking skills.**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Customer service: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Mandarin (required)
