Customer Service Executive

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and preferably with Mandarin-speaking abilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills & familiar with Microsoft Office.
Willing to work at Wisma Sunway, Iskandar Puteri.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates or Ocean base CS/OP are encouraged to apply; training provided.
Full responsibilities in planning & coordination activities related to Freight Forwarding/Logistic activities.
Resolve customer complaints, provide recommendations & solutions in a timely manner.
Coordinates with internal & external parties on shipments arrangement & documentation preparation.
